On Thursday 27th March, I’m spending half a day with a small group of business owners, to build a plan to execute the three main strategies to shift your business performance, just in time for the end of financial year.
During the session I’ll be sharing the complete system that I go through with clients to address the above. Instead of it taking months to deal with, you’ll build a complete plan in half a day, to scale up!
