On Thursday 10th July, I’m spending the day with a small group of business owners to design a focused plan around three key strategies to drive business performance. Setting the foundation for a strong and successful financial year ahead.We’re also going to dedicate one session to talking culture. As General Manager, he oversaw seamless integration and drove the development of future business strategies, culminating in the rollout of a five-store network.
Adam’s methodology emphasises simplicity and practicality, derived from his own successful implementations and experience. He embodies the principle of practicing what he preaches, ensuring every strategy is grounded in real-world effectiveness.
